Make The Choice

Imagine how I felt when I realized that abundant prosperity was a choice. It was sort of a defining moment as well as a moment of feeling utterly defeated. I had done what I had been taught to do. I had gotten my education and gone out to get what was considered a good job. I had followed what the word said was the right thing to do.

So the sheer surprise that the world was not set up for abundance prosperity but rather for mediocrity was rather over whelming at first.  What was worse I think was the fact that it was all around me as plain as the nose on my face and yet I had never taken the time to notice or acknowledge what my senses were telling me. So in the end I was more upset with myself than any other thing or person.

At least I knew where to place the blame that made it easier for me to ask myself what is the next step. Have you said to yourself that there is something you want to accomplish? Have you taken the next step? The next step is actually a simple step its simply making the choice.

As simple as that seems it can be the hardest decision. You may have many ideas and talents and the ability to do anything you put your mind too. I believe most of us if not all of us fall into this category so deciding on just one thing becomes like picking what flavor of ice cream to eat when offered 31 flavors.

Having said that you must make the choice the journey can never start until you take the first step. Of course in order to take that first step you must make the choice. Now the choice you make will be centered on your individual talent and what you enjoy doing and what you wish to accomplish. The other choice will be simple.

As you make your choice you will also make the choice to succeed or to fail. This is actually the more critical choice and many people make it with out a conscious thought process. Immediately you say of course I want to succeed but that's not always true.

Many times we go into our decision with thoughts of how every one else succeeds but it will not happen for us.  Immediately we begin to sabotage ourselves with out realizing it simply because we try to live up to the thoughts we have.

Simply put male or female if you feel your good looking you come out of the house looking good. Yet if you feel your not good looking you always seem to come out looking like the mirror is not your friend. Not because you want to but because you are living up to your internal thoughts about yourself.

So as you make your choice of what you will do I also encourage you to choose success. No matter who you are or where you work you are the soul person responsible for whether you succeed or fail. If you can get a hold of that concept it can make all the difference in the world.
